With regards to experimenting within our work, we took into consideration many factors that would affect the outcome of our final picture that we would chose for the front cover of our digipak. Interestingly, the image we decided to edit had one large fault – the camera lens appeared in the photo. Instead of deciding to change the photo and substitute it with another, we decided to experiment and find ways to fix the problem. This has also had a huge impact on the way we perceive problems and how we eventually fix these problems. The final image has been edited on Photoshop with an added ‘lens flare’ and has been cropped for further effect. The image depicts life and light, synonymous to the song name ‘Good Life’, the colours have been chosen carefully to portray nature and life, therefore using earth colours such as green and light yellow has allowed us to present the story as well as the song name.
